Our experience with RIM was wonderful. They are unlike other recruiters in every way. From the start when you call as an employer someone picked up the phone. They really listened to our needs and the candidates they sent were appropriate . The video is what really sets them a part! Such a wonderful way to meet the candidates prior to bringing them in. I received a full package with the most important topics to be considered in a job interview, which was very important to me, since I hadn’t searched for a new position in four years.
