During the entire recruitment process, all communication was fast and efficient. I received all the information and requirements needed to apply for the position, and all of my questions were answered in reference to the hiring process in a timely fashion. The interview preparation was essential. I received a full package with the most important topics to be considered in a job interview, which was very important to me, since I hadn’t searched for a new position in four years. I had the opportunity to study the topics prior to the interview. I have never had this type of preparation before, and I believe it was a key factor to be successful in the interview. I also received guidance as to how I should present myself professionally during the interview. Our experience with RIM was wonderful. They are unlike other recruiters in every way. From the start when you call as an employer someone picked up the phone. They really listened to our needs and the candidates they sent were appropriate . The video is what really sets them a part! Such a wonderful way to meet the candidates prior to bringing them in.
