Aldrick Rich

Aldrick is an experienced recruiter and consulting manager with over 18 years in the recruiting industry. He has supported small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, he partnered with MSP and RPO programs delivering consistent large scale staffing support. Aldrick’s recruiting background consists of administrative, customer support, human resources, non-clinical healthcare, finance, project management, sales, IT, management and strategic roles. Aldrick loves to travel and may answer your call from the middle of nowhere (with cell coverage). He also enjoys playing tennis with his son, skiing, camping, and scuba diving.

Alison Weis

Alison began her career in recruiting 8 years ago at a small agency in Dallas, TX.  Here, she quickly moved up to a Senior Recruiter and garnered several awards for most placements in the temp/contract space. Her recruitment skills span a variety of industries such as Operations, Human Resources, Administrative/Customer Service, Finance and Accounting, and Light Industrial.

She advanced to Recruiting Manager, then Branch Manager and successfully lead a team of 15 recruiters to meet daily, weekly, and quarterly goals. In November of 2019, she joined RIM along with her partner Aldrick Rich to form the first Dallas office for RIMRP. 

Alison has a Bachelors of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. She is an avid poker player, and loves traveling, completing the New York Times crossword puzzle, and spending time with friends and family while enjoying a nice Cabernet and putting them to shame at Trivial Pursuit.  In addition to continuing success at RIM, Alison is currently pursuing her goal of learning to play the ukulele.
