Creativity plays a big role in how I approach recruitment. With a background in interior design, I think outside the box to solve problems and uncover innovative ways to connect the right people with the right opportunities. Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of 3 amazing sons and a dog mom to 3. My husband is my greatest supporter, always encouraging me to grow and push the boundaries of what’s possible. I believe in the power of service—helping others achieve their full potential is what motivates me every day.
