Meet Kellie Lavallier
As the Director of Placement Services at RIM Recruitment Professionals, my passion is recruiting! For the last 20 years, I’ve placed top talent across all 50 United States and Canada in industries including Life Sciences/Healthcare (pharma, medical device, biotech, CROs, hospitals, etc), Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Transportation, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Energy, and more.
As an industry leader in permanent/direct hiring solutions, my specialties include Operations, Business Development/Sales, IT, Engineering, Marketing, Production, HR, Finance/Accounting, Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
I work with companies to create tailored hiring plans, help forecast hiring needs and share strategic market insights. I lead with honesty and integrity, and I’m driven by the satisfaction of uniting organizations with top-tier talent.
