Jacob has 14+ years in the staffing and recruiting industry. Beginning his career in the competitive Chicago, IL technical-staffing market, later moving into the Detroit, MI market, to now running his own independent staffing service out of Phoenix, AZ. Jacob brings a holistically minded methodology to the staffing and recruiting world. With our world moving at blinding speeds, Jacob makes it a practice to find a calm and balanced approach, while still maintaining a high sense of urgency towards exceeding the demands of both his clients and candidates. 

Throughout his career, Jacob has partnered with everyone from small start-up incubators to large multinational, well-known Fortune 500 corporations. His diverse background has given him a wide range of experience within I.T., Executive Search, Advertising/Marketing, EV/Automotive markets, as well as dabbling in Construction, Manufacturing, and Hospitality among others. A highly energetic, passionate, and intuitive recruiting partner, Jacob is guided by a deeply measured set of personal values aimed at delivering results.
