Meet Mike Hill

My experience in the recruiting over the past 9 years has included in depth Engineering and Manufacturing support across many industries including, Medical Device, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Appliances, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Heavy Equipment among others. I have also supported manufacturing equipment OEM’s and automation integrators that support plant’s upgrades into modern technologies. Throughout this time, I have specialized in high demand roles including Controls & Automation Engineers and Industry 4.0 implementation. Most of my career has involved full cycle recruiting from business development and onboarding clients to sourcing and successfully placing candidates.
