Meet Declan Fogarty
I am an experienced talent acquisition specialist with over eight years in professional staffing, specializing in Engineering, Manufacturing and Information Technology. I spent the first eight years of my career with Akkodis, a global leader in digital engineering and technology talent solutions, where I consistently placed over 30 individuals each calendar year.
In February 2026, I launched my own independent staffing firm to deliver more personalized, agile, and relationship-driven recruiting services. I am deeply committed to helping clients make long-term hires that not only fill immediate needs but also strengthen company culture and contribute to sustained success.
