I’m an Executive Recruiter with a background in multi-unit hospitality leadership at the VP/Director level, so I’ve spent a good part of my career actually running teams, not just placing people. That experience shapes how I approach recruiting—I know what strong leadership looks like in the real world, and I focus on finding candidates who can step in and perform, not just interview well.

Since moving into recruiting, I’ve had success across a range of industries, including Hospitality, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Construction, Private Equity-backed Home Services, Commercial Maintenance, Manufacturing, Legal, and Executive-level roles. I’ve always leaned into being consistent in my approach, whether it’s sourcing, vetting, or communicating, because that’s what builds trust over time.
