My early career was in medical device sales for KCI. I was the top salesperson in the southeast in 2004 and 2005. I sold to mostly trauma centers throughout NC. I started my recruiting career in 2017 when I joined NSTAR Global Services. NSTAR, now WGNSTAR, placed primarily veterans in the semiconductor industry (for companies like Intel, Texas Instruments etc.). I also recruited in industrial construction for Exyte (who owned part of WGNSTAR).

I continued my recruiting career and joined Pursuit Search Group on a 1099 agreement. I recruited and placed property managers, accountants, field service engineers, paralegals, sales executives, engineers, manufacturing, HR, etc. Since leaving Pursuit Search Group I continued my 1099 recruiting work with a few local companies. I placed executive chefs, aviation mechanics (private leased jets), c level executives, high level construction, operations managers, and industrial manufacturing.
