Derek Della Valle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to RIM. He began his recruiting and headhunting journey in 2013 and, over the years, has worked across various industries, including construction, engineering, safety, executive search, real estate, utilities, and general business operations. Derek has conducted searches for every level of the organizational chart, from the C-suite to field-level operations, serving clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to smaller local and regional employers across the United States, Canada, and the Middle East. Derek understands the challenges many candidates face with other recruiters and is committed to treating each candidate with transparency, honesty, and respect, recognizing that, at its core, this industry is all about relationships.
