Beth’s foundation as a CPA, earned immediately upon graduating from Northern Illinois University with a BS in Accounting, anchors her work in rigorous financial understanding and business acumen. She began her career in Public Accounting – External Audit – before moving into financial leadership roles within privately held companies and organizations navigating the IPO process. This early experience shaped her ability to understand complex business environments, assess talent needs with precision, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive teams.
