Shelley spent 3 years with Korn Ferry following the 2021 acquisition of Lucas Group where she had served 9 years as an Executive Senior Partner in the Sales and Marketing Division. Prior to joining Lucas Group, Shelley spent two years recruiting HIM leaders for national and independent hospital systems during the government mandated electronic medical records platforms.
