Alison began her career in recruiting 8 years ago at a small agency in Dallas, TX. Here, she quickly moved up to a Senior Recruiter and garnered several awards for most placements in the temp/contract space. Her recruitment skills span a variety of industries such as Operations, Human Resources, Administrative/Customer Service, Finance and Accounting, and Light Industrial. She advanced to Recruiting Manager, then Branch Manager and successfully lead a team of 15 recruiters to meet daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
