Alison Weis

Alison began her career in recruiting 8 years ago at a small agency in Dallas, TX. Here, she quickly moved up to a Senior Recruiter and garnered several awards for most placements in the temp/contract space. Her recruitment skills span a variety of industries such as Operations, Human Resources, Administrative/Customer Service, Finance and Accounting, and Light Industrial. She advanced to Recruiting Manager, then Branch Manager and successfully lead a team of 15 recruiters to meet daily, weekly, and quarterly goals. In November of 2019, she joined RIM along with her partner Aldrick Rich to form the first Dallas office for RIMRP. Alison has a Bachelors of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
