Tina Pellegrini

Tina is responsible for the coordination, on-boarding, training and goal-based coaching to new RIM team-members. She also manages many back-office functions such as the procurement and distribution of hardware, software, and phone systems. Additionally, she often acts as first-level IT support for the team in Canada and the US, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing email and ATS accounts. Tina works closely with the Co-Founders on special projects and is responsible for the coordination of corporate events; scheduling venues, entertainment, and catering.
