About Me

I’m a recruiting professional with 5+ years of experience specializing in Engineering, Technical, and Sales talent. My approach goes beyond filling a role — I take the time to understand the business, the team, and the goals behind every search, so the hires I help make support both immediate needs and long-term growth.
I build strong, lasting partnerships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and clients through transparent communication, market insight, and strategic sourcing. The result: a 90%+ offer acceptance rate and an average 1.5-week time-to-fill — a track record built on trust, strategy, and consistent delivery against hiring goals.

Outside of work, I’m known for having a bit of a real-life Disney Princess effect. Animals just seem to gravitate toward me. I also love cooking up Creole and Southern soul food for my family, and I’m always happy to swap recipes if you’re a fellow foodie.
