Leanne leverages her diverse experience in executive search and general management to serve her clients and candidates. Her work spans many industries including the consumer, healthcare, industrial, technology and professional service sectors across multiple functions including marketing, sales, finance, HR, legal and operations. Leanne began her career in marketing, working with leading companies in CPG, apparel, hospitality, and automotive industries including P&G, RB, IHG and Ford. In 2005, she transitioned to executive search, joining Heidrick & Struggles, where she focused on the Chief Marketing/Sales Officer and consumer practices and later, the Global Industrial Practice. Subsequently, she worked with a variety of mid-sized and boutique firms and also built the internal Executive Recruiting team while part of Whirlpool Corporation. Her passion is to support and match outstanding talent with exceptional opportunities, and to build long-term relationships based on trust and integrity.

In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, pickleball, skiing, gardening and crafting.
