With over 15 years experience in human resources and recruitment, Lori brings a blend of strategic insight, people-first leadership, and hands-on execution to every hiring partnership. 

Her career spans major Manufacturing and Financial institutions, including A.T. Cross Pen Company, First Data Investor Services, and CVS Corporation, where she developed deep expertise in employee benefits, compensation analysis, and talent acquisition.

She now specializes in recruiting across financial services, human resources, administrative support, customer service, and legal roles and more—offering flexible, full-cycle recruitment services tailored to each client’s unique needs. 

From sourcing and screening, to offer support and onboarding, Lori personally manages every step of the process.
