Myra joins the RIM team as an Independent Director, Placement Services, and brings over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources both in the agency recruiting space and in corporate talent acquisition.

She attributes her success in supporting clients’ business goals and matching great talent to adaptability, creative thinking, and open collaboration. Her dedication to finding the right candidates for clients’ starts by listening and understanding their short-term and long-term objectives, then creating customized recruitment programs to ensure a smooth hiring process.

She is passionate about connecting with people and describes herself as a nature and animal lover, actively involved with local organizations that support these causes.   As a native of Vermont and now Kentuckian, she is also a yoga enthusiast and kitty mom, and is equal parts motivation and flexibility.
