Nadine Duerr specializes in executive search and talent advisory, with more than 15 years of professional and international experience spanning recruiting, consulting, leadership, and workforce transformation. Since entering executive recruiting, she has been recognized for strong performance, including as a 2025 Top 5% recruiter, 2024 Top 10% recruiter, and Recruiting Partner of the Quarter (Q3 2024). Nadine has recruited senior executives and specialized professionals across a broad range of industries and functions, working closely with founders, executives, and hiring leaders to support their talent needs. Her earlier career in consulting and systems implementation with Deloitte/BearingPoint, BAE Systems, and CGI, combined with more than a decade living and working across Luxembourg, Singapore, the UAE, and Malaysia, gives her a broad perspective on organizations, people, and hiring challenges.
