He began his recruiting and headhunting journey in 2013 and, over the years, has worked across various industries, including construction, engineering, safety, executive search, real estate, utilities, and general business operations. Derek has conducted searches for every level of the organizational chart, from the C-suite to field-level operations, serving clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to smaller local and regional employers across the United States, Canada, and the Middle East.
