Meet Jim Blass

10+ years of experience in the recruiting industry with a primary focus on placing candidates in technical positions. Originally from San Diego, began career in recruiting in Los Angeles’ “Silicon Beach” a few years after graduating from UCLA, working with large corporations and high-growth technology companies in the area. Eventually moved back to San Diego, focusing on serving high-growth startups nationwide. Also experienced in recruiting for a wide range of other positions, including executive-level, healthcare, and business operations. Currently looking to assist the growing manufacturing, construction, and engineering sectors.
