Although he’s often mistaken for Brad Pitt, Paul is actually a seasoned veteran in the staffing industry with over 25 years of experience. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Accounting, he began his career at Deloitte & Touche before discovering that helping companies find great people—and helping great people find better opportunities—was far more fun than spreadsheets.

Throughout his career, Paul’s success has been driven by building genuine, long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates. His primary focus is in Accounting & Finance and Technology, but with the support of a tenured team behind him, he’s also able to assist in areas such as Legal, Administration, Customer Service, and more—making him a true one-stop resource.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his two daughters, catching live music, and, of course, anything involving the beach (he does live in San Diego, after all!).
