Co-Founder of RIM Recruitment Professionals and Recruiting in Motion. Paul joined the recruitment industry in 2004 with a multinational staffing firm where he specialized in placing mid to senior level Finance and Accounting professionals and other senior level executives. Paul’s success in the recruitment industry can be attributed to his strong technical accounting skills, proven understanding of the functional needs required by clients, as well as the ability to accurately assess candidates’ skill sets and backgrounds. He has a proven ability to make and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with both his candidates and clients. Ultimately, Paul believes that his ethical and honest interaction with clients and candidates is the true key to his success as a recruiter.

Tina is responsible for the coordination, on-boarding, training and goal-based coaching to new RIM team-members. She also manages many back-office functions such as the procurement and distribution of hardware, software, and phone systems. Additionally, she often acts as first-level IT support for the team in Canada and the US, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing email and ATS accounts. Tina works closely with the Co-Founders on special projects and is responsible for the coordination of corporate events; scheduling venues, entertainment, and catering.

Patile is HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist at RIM. She joined the fast growing team in 2016. RIM is currently seeking qualified recruiting industry professionals to assist with its growth. Sean Kogan is co-founder of RIM Recruitment Professionals and Recruiting in Motion. Prior to RIM, Sean was a Director and top producer at an international recruitment agency and worked in senior roles at various Fortune 500 companies. He also co-founded a successful travel and marketing company and holds an MBA degree, with a specialization in Accounting, from the University of Toronto, and an Undergraduate Economics Degree from McGill University in Montreal.

Mira is a professional accountant with an undergraduate degree from Western University with a specialization in Accounting, Management & Organization Studies. Mira provides accounting, payroll and analytical support to the RIM team throughout US and Canada.
